Just make sure you find a flavor you really like that last a while. I love cinimine to I chew cinnamin Extra all the time. 3. Find a plate in your house that isn't small but isn't a dinner plate and eat off of it. No matter what make sure what you eat fits on that plate. Just have that plate be yours. It also helps to get a smaller fork, spoon, cup, bowl, anything you eat off of make sure it isn't the biggest one you can find. Seems weird but you will get used to it and it will say you tonz of calories every time you eat. 4. Chew all your food 30 or more times. Even bananas. It makes you eat slower so you will realize with your full insted of eating untill your ready to bust. It takes 20 minutes to realize your full. 5. ALway always always eat breakfast!! It's so inportant. Even if you don't feel hungry you will get used to eating after a week or 2 and you will always want to eat in the morning. It gets your metabilism going and is a great jump start in your morning. 6. Brush your teeth right after dinner. It will keep you from eating all night long. Plus your teeth will be minty fresh. This also works for after lunch or breakfast on weekends. the more you brush your teeth the nicer your teeth will say and you eat less so it's win win. 7. Drink at least 16 oz of water while eating. Don't drink a ton befor eating but take a drink between bites. It's another way to slow down your eating so you realize your full when your full. 8. Exercise doesn't mean going and running 3 miles or lifter weights for an hour. You can join a sports team, walk your dog, jump rope, go for a bike ride, go for a hike, walk around the block, clean your room, wash the dishes, anything that gets you moving is burning calories. Don't kill yourself. It's actally easier to burn fat working out at about 75-80% of maximum level. If your working out at 100% of what you can do you burn muscles and protines. I would know I work out at 100% running Cross Country every day. 9. Keep busy but make time to eat. Join clubs, volenter, go for a walk, clean your room, get online, or play a game of basketball. Anything you do that keeps you busy means your not eating. Just make sure that when it is time to eat you make yourself a meal that had vaggies, protine, calcium and all that other good stuff. After you make the meal sit down and the table and enjoy it. 10. I MEAN it ENJOY what you eat!! If you want to have a piece of cake go ahead but make sure it's a small piece and enjoy it!! Seriously were all having weight issues because of food. WE all like to eat or persanally I love to eat. But we don't live to eat, we eat to live. That means it's not a right it's something youe earn. If you work off the food you earned more food. Working off means your hungry, theres a growl in your tummey. Eat when you need to an enjoy it!!
