don't listen to the guy who posted below me. From what you said you sound like an emotional eater. when I was bored I would eat too but really all you need to do is find something to do. whenever i'm bored i go out for a 20 min jog. it calms you down and you want to eat less and healthier when you exercise. as for losing weight fast, the best thing to do is workout for a half an hour 3 to four times a week and eat five small meals a day, like a half a sandwich for lunch then another half in about 2 hours. never go for more then 4 hours without eating something because then you will want to overeat or eat something unhealthy. hope this helped! good luck
