This is my plan. Eat only when you are hungry, and if thats hard, cut what you would normally eat in half, or ask your mom ( if she makes the meals ) to give you a smaller serving. Drink lots of water, and take a walk or do some sort of exercise every day. I do Tae Bo 3 times a week, and try and take a walk every day. Also, let your self have some sweets, but only one thing a day, or a small handful or jelly beans or small loose candy. If you are having a hard time with cravings, just eat a tiny bit of what you crave. Also, freeze fruit, its a good, healthy snack. And if you have a hard time keeping your junk food down, separate it in into little baggies and have 1 or 2 a day. Good luck!
