...i dont mean go mad and excercise every day for an hour, i mean 'activity' as in just walking round the house is activity, or cleaning your room. And people that go to school, will get there one hour activity a day by walking round the school. But on top of that you need to do around 2 hours of intense excercise, like swimming or sumthing like that. I dont mean go and do a whole hour every day, i mean just be active. and watch what you eat. If you lay down for an intire day and did nothing, just lay there and watched Tv you would burn 1500 calories. So that is quite alot. but that doesnt mean you can go and sit there all day and eat, because you will put on weight, quickly and it will be very hard to get it off. People at a young age, shouldnt really be worrying about there weight and becoming obsessed they should be eating at healthily and at least 1700 calories a day. Not 1200, not 1000, because people have probly read websites teling them to limit there calories to 1200 to lose weight. but thats wrong! your still growing, and if you limit your body now, then you will have difficulties when your older, and your bones will not form proply. so please dont starve yourself. I have learnt the hard way, that starving yourself, or makeing yourself sick, leads to horrible things, and makes you put weight on. You can have any food you want, but just smaller amounts of it. dont ban sweets or whatever all together. Because you will have to carry on eating that way, forever then to keep the weight off and you dont want that. Have 2 or even three treats a week, but a smaller sized treat. Dont become obsessed and count calories, the slower the weight comes off the longer it stays off. You shouldnt have famous idols, that are probly stick insects, Or if they have a completly perfect body. Because they do have surgery, some of you were worried about stretch marks, and i have always wondered why famous people, dont have any do they? when they wear those little tops, there skin is perfect but thats because they have had things done. Life isnt just centered around being obsessed with your weight, you should love yourself, and love the body you have, no matter what shape you are. So if you keep working at it, then you will get there. If some one teases you then just say ' look i can always do something about my weight, but you will always be a stupid shallow nobody who has to pick on others for your insecurities'. Im sorry this probly took up looooads of space, but i just wanted to tell everyone this.
