You said it yourself. You will need to sacrifice. Think about the definition of sacrifice (from dictionary.com):to surrender or give up, or permit injury or disadvantage to, for the sake of something else. You are giving up your favorite foods for the sake of a healthier body and life, and to look good in a bikini (or whatever the reason you want to lose weight is). Depending on your willpower, you can still have some SOMETIME. To start off with, reward yourself on Saturday IF AND ONLY IF you were good through the week with either one small bowl of icecream or one slice of pizza. If you cannot control your servings to one, then I would suggest not doing it at all. Good luck.
