DO you have a treadmill or any kind of machine/ weights you can work out with? How about an excersize video? You could even jog in place or take a walk or do jumping jacks or Dance. You need to both eat right and do exersizes because you cant loose weight by doing just one. So take some time out of your day to go for a walk or do a tae bo video. And take time to make sure you have the right proportion of food and that its healthy! |
