hey, yeah sounds like you overate, were you eating because you really WERE hungry or because of a craving? next time you get a craving, eat fruit or veggies, or if you HAVE TO HAVE a sweet or chips, eat only half of what you would normally eat but dont make it a habit. this is what its my diet: breakfast: some cereal, lunch: sandwich and fruit, dinner: soup or half of what my mom makes. i have lost two pounds in a week. This is what i do when i feel i need to eat something like cookies or other junk, i either do something else or picture myself thinner. try that, and try my diet, if its too extreme, just cut everything you're eating right now in half, and if you ever feel that you ate more than you should have, make yourself pay for it. go out and jog a little, do some jumping jacks, excercise for AT LEAST 30 min. jump roping helps burn calories. trust me, this will work, so tomorrow, start over with your diet, if you feel you need to binge, call a friend to talk or do something else. if you would ever like to email me my email is ivelina4o8@yahoo.com and my AIM screename is sugarnspice4o8, hope i helped, good luck!
