If you enjoy running then go for it. Make sure you get some proper running shoes and do streches before and after. Start with 5 mins or whatever you can handle then build up. If you enjoy it do it but I suggest that you do an exercise you like. If you dont enjoy it you wont stick to it. I hate running but love walking and ive been doing it almost every day for the last 2-3 years. a good tip is you could take a walkman/sports radio or your dog with you, I do that cause then pple dont give you this look like "oh shes trying to lose weight" its "shes walking her dog" sounds stupid but i feel people do put a label on you when you diet and exercise. Good luck!! |
