And you shouldnt really go on a diet, you should juss cut down on what you eat Its called portion control. Eat only 3 times a day and for starters eat half of what you eat now. Did you know that if you just stopped drinking soda you'd lose 30 pounds in a year!! Drink lots of water and only eat 3 times a day!
