| Reply from roxie, Age 16 - 2/21/03 - IP#: 207.5.203.xxx bigbb-c8001 i jog in place at home for 4 min at a time 5 times a day so it equale twenty min then i do 100 leg lifts a leg and then 100-500 crunches this works good i have lost 4 lbs in 2 days ! good luck but make sure to cut the fat out of your diet and remember that the healthier the better :) |
