Hey! Ok, first of all, that is terrible that your family treats you like that. Go have a talk with them, and tell them how you feel. Family is what will really help you lose weight because they see you the most often and they can definitly help with keeping you away from fatty foods and push you to excersise. I know my family has helped me a lot! My other advice to you is to remember everything you had to eat in a day, write it down, then go over it and think of wat you NEED to cut out of your diet. Continue to do that, then when ever you feel your self-esteem kick in, you can look over that book, and see your progress. Good luck, and remember 80% of losing weight comes from eating healthy foods, and the rest from excersise. Now you know wat the main focal points are, and again good luck! ERIN
