I have the same problem as you, I have work/study etc that gets in the way of my exerisice, and i think you just have to accept it and do the best you can. 3-5 times is considered great if you can exercise that much. Remember too, that weight loss is mainly what you eat, and exercising just speeds up the process. I wish you luck! |
