All you have to do is cut down all your meals like cut them in half, Drink a lot of water, have maybe something sweet once a week and not a lot of it, do 50 sit ups a night, some leg lifts, and you can loose 2-3 pounds a week and be a healthy weight in a matter of a couple of months. It might seem like it will take a long time but you will be able to keep it off because you aren't trying to loose a lot at a time.
