| Reply from Leslie, Age 18 - 5/26/03 - IP#: 63.162.226.xxx bigbb-c9640 Heres a good diet plan, breakfast eat small bowl of cereal w/lowfat milk, lunch: half of a sandwhich with some veggies or lowfat cottage cheesse, or just eat a good salad w/lowfat dressing, dinner: eat what your fam. does just smaller portions and no seconds, cut out junk food and drink tons to water! at least 8-10 glasses a day. Excercise a cardio workout for 20-30 mimn. a day like walking, running, rollerblading, swimming, jump roping, jogging, etc. good luck! God Bless! |
