Hey sup dude? Well, I used to weigh 245 but now i weigh about 205.I lost this in about 6 weeks. I still am overweight and i want to get down to 175. Start exercising everyday at the gym or at home. Eat stuff like grilled chicken and salads. Eat vegetables and fruit. Don't eat more after your full. I don't eat until im full and i dont get hungry. Your mind takes 20 minutes to tell your stomach that your full so just eat what you think would be appropriate. Try this...It worked and still is working great for me.
