1st of all, you gotta quit eating fast food! It's not a hard thing to do, PLUS you'll save yourself some money! Next, you have to fight the cravings. Do anything you can before you eat. Play video games, watch a movie that you haven't seen before and hide the remote, or do something else. Then if you still have a craving wait 5 minutes before you get up. Then...wait 5 more... Next, teach yourself to use PORTION CONTROL. That means, if you usually eat a half a bag of Doritos, stop, look at the SERVING SIZE (for Doritos (11 chips), and leave the bag in the kitchen. I know 11 Doritos doesn't seem like a lot, but if you crunch them up you'll have even more (but you'll STILL be eating that 11)... Then exercise is very important. Do things that you like to do, you don't necessarily have to run or do weight training, if you like playing basketball do it. If you like riding your bike do that too. Just as long as you're keeping your heart rate p for 30min or more, you're okay. I knowit seems like a lot, but trust me. In time (time varies for ALL people) you'll see results. *Rena*
