| Reply from Julie, Age 15 - 7/17/03 - IP#: 216.67.220.xxx bigbb-c11167 hey! good job on wanting to lose weight. but ya i think you just need to drink water..no soda..no candy..umm eat fruits and vegetables if you want a snack..every time you think about binging and eating like a piece of cake or a cookie or something like that run around the block one time. its worked for me. try diet soda i love it so much! lol. oh ya and find out what channel lifetime is for you and get up at 7 in the morning and there is a workout video on there..try to do it at least 3 times a week! hope i helped! bye hun! |
