Go on walks!! Get out of the house. Take your dog (if you have one) or just enjoy nature. Jump rope when you can, do jumping jacks, clean the house or the dishes. Watch what you eat NO JUNK FOOD OR SWEETS! And stop drinking soda, that will help A LOT. Eat fruits and veggies and healthy food. Count calories and don't eat more 1,600 a day. You'll lose weight! And you'll be a lot healthier. Walking is fun and not hard, and it really works. Good luck!
