u don't really have to do a hardcore excercise u could just try maybe riding ur bike or hangin out with friends more also once school starts u'll probably lose weight cause u won't have as much spare time and if u have a really really bad cravin for junk food just drink a diet soda or water and then weight awhile and go do somethin and hopefully you'll forget about it
