Ht. 5'11", Start: 226 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 175 lb - I've been working on losing weight for some time now; however, I have a hard time with food. I exercise daily a ton bt have a dificult time with portions and saying no to junk food, chocolate in particular. I've decided though that this will be the year I finally take control of my weight. This has gone on long enough. I remember last year being a size 16 and 226 lbs and feeling it'd be impossible to reach a 10, well, I'm at a ten now and its not impossible. I want to lose more and hopefully be an 8 or tight 6-which an 8 is probably possible in 20 lbs. I remember posting on the board helped a ton and now that there's a pseudo adult version...sky's the limit. I aim to lose this weight by the end of May, which is 4 lbs a month and totally doable.
