Message Replying To From Whitney, Age 19 Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 145 lb - First off I am so excited there is a 18+ board! We are in a different place in our lives and now we can communicate with those who are on the same page. I've struggled with my weight since middle school, but now in college I need to take control of it. I have lost it before so I know I can do it again! I really don't know what my current weight is but I figured I'll weigh in on Monday to see where I'm at. My biggest obstacle is watching what I eat but being home from school I have really started paying attention. I love to work out, its a great stress reliever and as long as I'm plugged into my ipod I'm good to go! Well I will keep posting, especially when I know where I'm at, good luck everyone! |
