Message Replying To From Whitney, Age 19 Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So I weighed in this morning because I was curious and I'm a lil lighter then I thought! 181.2 exactly. That really excites me because I haven't been in the 170's in forever and I'm so close now! My lil mini goal for right now is to be in the 170's for when i go back to school in 2 weeks now. Completely do-able and it will be nice feeling great about myself because my sorority has recruitment right when we get back and they will be judging me. Well I'll post later what my intake is and yay my gym re-opens tomorrow (they closed for some renovation for a few weeks) so I'll be running then! Good luck guys and gals! |
