Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 281 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I need motivation badly... I go to the gym and perform my exercises with ease yet im still in the same place... i think i eat too much but its a freakin habbit... i need to learn to make foods from easy everyday things... ive been in the gym 2 months... i wanna quit because i see no results... this is gonna be the last month i try it b4 i go to school but i need motivation. PLEASE I NEED A DIET PLAN... AN EFFECTIVE ONE... IM BEGGING HERE!
