Ht. 5'2", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Well I haven't worked out since Thursday because my boyfriend came to visit and we were traveling all weekend. So not only did I not get a workout, but I also didn't do too well eating either...but I'm trying not to let 1 weekend bring me down. I'm getting back on track today. I plan on going to the gym and doing 10 miles on the bike (burns 300 calories using the programs that I do) and then some weight machines. I'm still having trouble finding healthy foods at school aside from the salad bar, which gets extremely dull meal after meal. I did buy some SmartOnes meals though, which are only about 250 calories each so that is a good alternative once in a while. I hope everyone is doing well! Good luck :)
