Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 160 lb - alright so, 2 days in and ive lost 2 pounds of water weight. not too bad. hopefully soon enough ill be back down to 165, then i can reach my mini goal of 160 by the end of december hopefully. i'm going to the gym again tonight, hopefully i can control my appetite until then. im a boredom eater, and a smoker... and there are no smokes around so whats the first thing im gonna reach for? food. gahh. i plan on quitting smoking soon anyway so maybe this will help test my willpower lol. hope everyones doing good :)
