Message Replying To From Patty, Age 19 Ht. 5'8", Start: 228.5 lb, Today: 224 lb, Goal: 144 lb - Hey everyone! So I've lost 4 lbs since my last post. I've started college again, and for the past few days, I've reverted back to my horrible eating habits. However, I have been exercising every morning. Now I'm going to really focus on limiting the amount of processed foods I intake. I notice that when I combine junk food and exercise, I get aching cramps that last for the whole day. I also get really tired. So now I'm going to make sure 85% of my diet is composed of healthy foods. I'll try to do another post next Wednesday. God Bless:) |
