Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 238 lb, Goal: 135 lb - hey everyone the last couple of weeks have been so hard here. Being away from home and around all this junk food is really really hard especually when all your friends are thin and they don't need to think about what they eat. I haven't gone crazy like i use to but i haven't been eating the best foods and i have been working out 5 times a week. I haven't gained weight which is good but i haven't lose any ethier which is bad. It's been a whole month and it worries me because i should've got the hang of this but it's so hard. I stay away from unhealthy food as much as i can but sometimes i just give in please help with any words that you can give me thank you guys so much for being there this website has helped so much because no matter what goes wrong in my diet or whatever i never think about giving up =). P.S. Just got the Never Say Diet Book by Chantel Hobbs i'll let you guys know in my next post if i have time to read it lol how it goes thank ya so much =)
