Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I am so nervous right now! I feel like this is the beginning of something.... I am ready to make my health a priority in my life. Like most users here, I want to lose weight. By posting what I eat and how much I exercise, I hope to stay true to my goal. So starting right now here goes nothing. 1 vanilla soymilk 200 2 chocolate soymilks 400 coffee w/ sweet n' low small bowl of rasberries 2 small bowls of brown rice medium size bowl of mixed fruit glass of sugar free orange juice medium size bowl of salad(carrots, spinach leaves, raisins, tomatoes)
