Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So for about... 3 weeks give or take i've been pretty serious about this weight loss thing. i've been trying to keep under 1500 calories a day and working out approximately 30-45 mins every other day. I have REFUSED to step on the scale until February 1st so i have no idea what my weight is... I used to weigh myself multiple times a day but thats so discouraging. If i dont see results i lose motivation and give up. so far so good though. i cracked down a little more the last few days because i wanted to really commit instead of just doing things as they come. I notice my stomach has gone down quite a bit and clothes are feeling looser. I can't wait to see where I'm at in February. Keep up the good work guys, and lets liven this friggen board up! its so dead!
