Ht. 5'4", Start: 248.5 lb, Today: 235.5 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Okay...my writing has slowed down now that school has started but I am still on track. I have lost 13 pounds and although I don't really see myself getting smaller I do feel a lot better. I used to get heartburn really bad but for the last month I have not. Umm...getting up in the morning and working out is getting a lot easier and I plan on upping my time from 30 minutes to 40 minutes on February 1st. I wanted to work out once in the morning then once at night but after I get home from school I am exhausted its very hard to stay up past 8pm. So overall I am still in good spirits about losing this weight and I hope everyone else is too. Good luck to all!!!
