Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 125 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Weighed in today ( I weigh myself every Saturday) down three more pounds. I changed my focus of my workouts to target my midsection as well as I changed my workout times up to 40 minutes. It is an 8 week program. I need more cardio though its hard because I live in Korea right now so the temperature isn't warm enough to jog yet but when it does i'll start doing that too. Lets go week 5 of my weightloss journey.
