Ht. 5'7", Start: 155 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 165 lb - stats for the week so far :) WEDNESDAY: 1064 calories in & 865 calories out(30mins treadmill 268cal +60 min step class 597cal). THURSDAY: 1175 calories in & didnt make it to the gym :(. FRIDAY: 1265 calories in & 605 out(20 mins treadmill 213cal + 60min weights class 390cal). I recommend everyone to get a heart reat monitor for exerciseing. It really helps keep track of your workouts and tells you when you are getting fitter etc. GOAL FOR MONDAY: 180 pounds xox
