Message Replying To From Emily, Age 20 Ht. 5'4", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys! My name is Emily, I'm 20 years old, and I've just begun my journey to lose weight. I've been coming to this site since I was maybe 14, and until now it's always been a 'lets feel sorry for myself and not do anything to better myself' attitude. I've recently become fed-up with everything though, and joined weight watchers! I'm really excited to see if it will really work. I'm on my third day, and I'll be honest, it's not so bad. The hardest part is making better food choices, but in all actuality, I'm not starving and I'm still eating some things that I used to! My first goal is to drop 5% of my weight, which would be 166. I'll try to keep up with my journey, and if anyone has any questions or comments, I'd love to talk! Good luck to everyone! |
