Ht. 5'3", Start: 420 lb, Today: 428 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hi guys I am severely over-weight. Please I need help I drink over ten litres of coca cola a day! I can't walk because my thighs rub together and when I shower I notice that there is a greasy build. I want to be normal.
