~REPLY WRITING AREA~ |
Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Joe Porter, Age 21 Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 327.3 lb, Goal: 250 lb - In this study I've learned allot about who I am what I can accomplish and the dedication it takes to make a change as significant as losing weight. Yes there have been times when it would've been nice and easy to give up and call it quits and in those moments I've been able to push through the struggle and reap the rewards of accomplishing and overcoming the doubts in my own mind. There is always a need for motivation and positivity, you can never have to much motivation. If you ever find yourself in need of motivation realize this, you have come so far from when you first started. Even if you haven't loss much weight, think about how you felt before and how you feel now physically. Even if the signs of weight loss are not just physical or numerical it's also internal. How I feel inside as well as the outside are two different things, yes I've lost weight but I feel 100 times better than what the scale reflects. It is important to reflect and embrace how you feel now and the positives that have come to pass in the time has elapsed. Staying strong and staying positive is essential to completing and accomplishing the goal that you have set for yourself. Life full of struggle and challenge, who we are and what we are made of is how we handle the hurdles in life and how we finish. Mind over matter and enjoy every moment. |
