Ht. 5'3", Start: 214 lb, Today: 214 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Well hello guys! Um, well my story is that I'm 214 pounds and don't feel all that good about myself at this weight. I know being at a smaller weight won't make me feel better so i'm really just working on being a better me. My family and I actually went on a diet a few months ago. My mom cut off all soda and she lost almost 14 pounds in just a few weeks because our eating habits were different and i got down to about 208 in about 2 weeks. All of the sudden it just stopped. I write down every food I eat on this app called "My Fitness Pal". It's a really good resources and I believe you can add friends on there too so you can add me "croninx0x" i believe. And I do the dance workout videos but i just cant seem to get motivated.
