Ht. 5'4", Start: 17 st 13, Today: 17 st 13, Goal: 9 st 1 - I am so obese. I went to the doctors and have high cholesterol, high blood pressure and I am having a test for sleep apnea. Anyone else have health issues because of their obesity? Does anyone else get out of breath a lot?
