Ht. 157.5 cm, Start: 75.7 kg, Today: 74 kg, Goal: 55 kg - I accidentally went back to obesity last month. I've been eating higher protein 90g+ and between 1,000+1,600 calories during workdays. I usually eat a lot of body building stuff, bariatric stuff, and high protein sources. I've barely dropped anything so far but my face has become slightly more angular, clavicles are more visible, and I see slight muscle definition in my biceps and calves. Recomp over weight loss. My current body fat percentage is about 31-33%. So higher acceptable to lower obese. I've heard most women my size are upper 30's to even 40%! My goal is to reach upper fitness to lower acceptable body fat percentage (23-27%). Probably will take ages but I know my joints will thank me.
