BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 157.5 cm, Start: 75.7 kg, Today: 74 kg, Goal: 55 kg - I doubt anyone really uses this place but I'll update. What I normally do is eat structured meals on work days; around 1,000-1,600 normally. Don't recommend that amount if you're taller than 165cm/5'5" and especially male. 5'4" and under can get away with it. Eat high protein. Like above 90g normally. I work in retail so I get protein shakes, tuna packets, yogurt stuff like that in store. But if anyone needs any recommendations, I have some places I go online that help. Most of them are bariatric and bodybuilding brands, but pack good protein. Just whatever anyone does, don't buy slimfast. Garbage macros. Don't get sucked into optavia or Herbalife either as they're mlm scams. On off days, I eat whatever. I went on a walk today but tomorrow I'll lift light weights as it will be much colder tomorrow.
