Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - Ello again peepz. I did really bad today.. I didn't eat lunch or breakfast an in PE we were jump ropin sh!t an then runnin and tomorrow we are in the weight room...Anyway I ate a whole bunch of junk then my dad gave me chocolate and these fruit candy things my grandma sent from NZ mmm they are soo good! Ht. 5'6, Wt. 146 - Hey people. This post applies TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!! I know that christmas is a major time that we all want to lose weight for. All the parties and gorgeous clothes in the sale. Well i have a proposition for you all! Right now i have lost ten pounds in four weeks. I did this by sticking to the same diet and getting half an hour exercise three times a week. We have got roughly five weeks until christmas! That means you could lose roughly ten pounds. I am starting a christmas challenge. The plan is we can all tell each other our starting weight, goal weight and how much weight we are losing and share success tips etc then christmas eve we can all have a big weigh in and see how far we have all come. Ht. 5'5, Wt. more then it looks - ok today was as bad as yesterday...which pretty much sucked... and i didnt work out beecause i had to work until eleven...so its like one in the morning right now.. so tomorrow its gonna be a lot better and im gonna work out so yeah... i kinda want to be down to a solid 125 by december 16th but if i just get more toned and stuff by then id be happy too..im going to england to visit my family... so i want to look good my weight is actually 135-138 ish i havent weighed myself in a couple of weeks..

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st.185 nw.162gl.140 - heyy guys day 2 and i did okay.. not great.. bf i had starbucks(iced non-fat mocha) then for lunch i had sushi and kind of majorly pigged out... buuut i cleaned all day .. i mean alllllll day. (laundry cleaned my moms room ect).. then for dinner i had a lean cuisine pizza which was lie 300 and some odd calories and then went to the gym and burned like 300 calories (i was only there for like 20 minutes) then we went and sat in the sauna and now im about to do my sit ups. oh and i had a piece of chocolate.. oopsies.. it was a small one tho.. okay so not to bad.. not great but its okay.. gooood luck everyone

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone, today for breakfast I had one cup of rasin bran cereal, 3/4 cup milk and a banana, Lunch : a propel, Dinner : A small piece of chicken, about 7 potato wedges, and about a cup 1/2 of potato salad, w/ a small piece of pumpkin pie. I know that the dinner wasen't very healthy but hey I didn't eat lunch and I don't do that evry night anyway. I walked home from school today (about 10 - 12 blocks), road my bike down the road and back to get the mail, I'm going on the XL - Glider for 30 min again tonight, doing 100 sit ups and then finally 30 push - ups. So how did I do?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey again everyone! I'm so happy! I just posted like an hour and a half ago after I had just eaten dinner and I said I was going to go on the XL - Glider for 30 min tonight. Well I doubled that and went on it for 60 min and burnt 605 calories!!! I'm so proud of myself I just kept going and didn't stop then I notice I was like WHOA! :) Well good luck everyone! Ht. 5"3, Wt. 145 - hey there, im really depressed about my weight because i've resently been scouted for modeling and im really interessted! one problem im about 40 pounds OVER my desired weight of 105. my sister whos much older than me said its impossible for me to lose that much weight.. but i dont care im sick of being fat! im planning on doing a starvation diet for 1 month before this agence calls me .. is it alright? or is there something i can do for rapide weight lose?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st. 188-185 now.162 - Okay so after some bad last few weeks.. run ins with choclate, dennys, ice cream.. you get the idea i got back on track and way strict today so i can get rid of the next 20 pounds. Today for bf i had scrambled eggs and spinach on a flour tortilla. then for lunch i had subway and a pack of 100 cal weat thins. then i had a handful of peanut butter chocolate chex mix at work then i had this veggie pasta thing for dinner and half a piece of nann bread. i did 40 minutes of cardio at the gym then came home and did 400 sit ups and side bends and pilate moves and what not.. so so far im off to a really good start :) good luck everyone <3
