Ht. 5'4, Wt. 137 - you guys are totally great i just found this website but im glad i did it is encouraging adn will help me to get fit i wish i could have found this webs ite when i was in 4th grade. that was probly when i was at biggest. my mom
got a complaint from the doctor sayin i was severely over wiegth it was embarrasing and i handt notice that major change in my body. i decide to take control. in 5th grade poeple called me chubby and it really hurt and then in 6th grade my frends talked about me and my wieght behind my back. now ive stabalized my wieght. im still in danger of becoming obese but im glad im finally out even though it took me 3 years

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 148 - Exactly, if you want to be a vergiterian, also make sure that you take a multivitamin everyday, Eat alot of soy or tofu also to substitue the lack of protein and iron. The Boca brand meals are very delicious and are also low in fat and calories.

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Would eating two bowels of special K for like lets say Breakfast and Lunch. with maybe fruit for snacks, and either a sandwich, chicken or a veggie burger, with veggies for dinner be ok? I want to see if the special K diet actually works..please reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 203ish - Well alot of people on here want to become vegatarians. I was one for along time, and then stopped because i was getting sick, and i thought it was lack of not eating certain stuff thats in meat, when it really was because i was practically not eating anything *i did it while i was on a diet* so if your gonna become one make sure to get your protien and other stuff!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - There have been comments that my new diet will get "boring." Yes, it may, but who cares? Its food. Its not a horrible thing to once in awhile have a slice of pizza or something, but in the end, the question is: Do we eat to live, or do we live to eat?

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Breaky-small serving of Oatmeal and 1 peice of wheat toast. water. Workout-60 min eliptical (burned 700) 10 min stairmaster(burned 100) and about 600 crunches.water. Lunch-Lean turkey on wheat bread with mustard and lettuce. with grapes, and strawberrys. water. Later for din. im going to have a Chicken veggie burger and 1/2 can of veggies with some more water.
