Ht. 5'4, Wt. 280 - Hey.xx Well...apparently I'm on this board because I want to lose weight. I have been eating a LOT for the past few days..and I think it's mostly because of stress...but today I did a lot better but I still ate a little too much..tomorrow,though, is going to be a lot better, I hope so. I found this place where I can run a distance then run up and down a little hill and there's like 5 steps in the path that I'm running in, so I can do that like 10-15 times a day..plus all of that other good stuff called excercise. I tihnk I've got the exercise part down..it's just my eating habits I have to work on. Any support from any of you guys would be 'greatly' appreciated. Later.xx Oh, oh--lookathowawful my weight is.
