Ht. 5'7", Start: 195 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Ok so i have always been overweight growing up, but recently ive been a little more then just overweight and have been gaining a lot in a short amount of time. Ive always been ok with being bigger i guess but now it really sucks that i cant even fit into clothes i got for chirstmas. I definatly eat when i am bored, like i will eat a small snack while watcing tv, and then like every commercial i get up to eat another small snack. But lately it seems to be taking a bigger toll on my weight then usual. which is also making my appetite bigger because im gaining weight and being able to eat more. I am planning on going on a diet soon but dont know how to cut out my snacking habbit. its like a part of my daily routine almost to snack all the time but still eat large amounts at meal time. advice? anyone in the same boat?
