ugh i'm soo upset! i had been doing really well for almost a 2 wks now and today i ate terribly! this morning was okay (i had 2 bowls of mango) but then i went out w/ some friends and i had a 2 candy bars, and a muffin and then when i got home i had a bowl of cereal! i wasn't hungry at all when i was eating it either i was just bored! ahh even though its not that much food, its really unhealthy and i feel like i gained back everything i lost!
