Just a few minutes ago, I noticed how big I really am. I use to be 210, now I'm 177, but I still feel like I am way too big. I know that I have done really bad on my diet lately, I have still excersized, but its just not cuttin it for me. Everyday at lunch I have pizza, but I don't really think the hot lunch is ne better. After school, when I'm not really hungry, but I eat ne way. I should do something else besides eat to avoid more weight gain, ne suggestions? thanks, kaitlyn!
