Ht. 5'6, Wt. blah! - how do u stop binge eating without seeing someone. i was looking up signs and stuff online and im such a yo yo dietier. im great for a couple days then i suck then im great then.. yeah. :S. does anyone else do this? and how did u stop. i know its probly emotional..
