Well, I'm 5ft and weight about 150lbs. Its really frustrating because whenever I get the inspiration to do excercising, I don't, and I get really upset and tend to eat because of depression over other things. But, I think a tip for all of you, that, if you imagine yourself normal or thin, that you could imagine someone you have a crush on to like you, or have a better advantage of making friends, and thats what inspires me to go and do excercise. But, I've recently had knee surgery so I haven't been doing any good, probably gained the 10 lbs that made me 150 :( Well, I just posted to see if anyone knows any useful excercises for you tummy and arms. I have great legs and butt from playing so much soccer ( 8 years). Well, I hope you all believe in yourself and have fun :)
