Ok for those of you who may have forgotten my goals are 160 by vday or as close to that as possible i am 171 about right now and then i want to be 150 by spring break which is beginning of april and then 145 by the end of school which is may 26th and then 135 by the time i start sophomore year next year. Do you think this is possible if i work hard and drink water and maybe one pop a day and excercise and not have any junk . Tommorrow i am going to have a salad and a pop maybe a water for lunch and than i have bball practice after school and than swimming after that. I really want to loose weight and look good for this guy i like and i hope this guy likes me. So weightloss contest here i come wooohooo i will weighin on th weigh in day on sunday and not touch the scale till than so i dont feel depressed and not want to diet any more. Do you think this will work for me. and sorry thius is so long i thought i might as well tell you this cuz i was bored and needed to do something instead of eating.
