Message Replying To From Jessica, Age 16 Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Yes I gained some of my weight back , it is fursting I worked so hard before June, I was almost 154 lbs , now I am like 159 or 160's boo hiss, I am just furstred,, I am trying to encourge Justine to not give up!! on hope to be healthy weight again!! I told her weightloss not going to happen over night,, she has wieght issues, , I was strss eating again, I was like uh no, not doing that to myself, I hope to be a size 11)12 Juniours by fall or a size 9)10)!!!! I Justine will look good in a size 1)2) Juniours!! I ll look good in a size 3 or 5 Juniours!!! I been looking up calories!!! sodum, sugar, fats, crab, severing sizes, portion size as well.. Nope I don't binge eat, what I advice you girls is to eat less , small portion sized, foods, low calorie drink a lot of water,, don't try anxoria it not a good idea, to do, cause I did that for almost two mounths, it was horrible, I was getting tried a lot, I was loseing some of my hair, Justine was frigtend of that,, she told me your going to make youself weak, Jessica, she was right, I was loseing strength in arms, and my legs, I was scared of my losing my running abilty, , I went like that, this happened over the winter,, I was upset, my friend James told don't me stop Jess)Jessica, your huting youself.. Not a good thing to try to lose weight, I was in a lot of strss but still,, I don't want others to try this,, ok, it was very sceary, you get more sleepy more then usual, , It was pretty bad, I was lossing some my hair by small picecs, I was making myself sick, doing that,, anxoria is very dangerous.. I hope you girls get this, just eat small healthy portion excirse slow, I am a runner, every spring!!! Jessica16. |
