Today: 183 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Well, name is Alvina and i'm simmilar as the other teenage girl on the website i'm a bit over wieght and un happy sum times i mean sum time when others say things about me it hurt because i weigh about 183 and i have a good shape it's just that my thighs are a bit big and i can't fix into any of my jeans any more so i gave then to my best friend. when i go to shcool i always wear skirts. my boyf reind says that he's happy with me and he does'nt think that i'm fat but i do. It's very hard for me not to eat at home i know that i am not hungry beacause m y stomache is growling or any thing i guess i just have cravings but when i get through eating i get weak and i lies down so that making me gain waight and that not good sum times i don't realize it but i just get really tired. When i used to paly baskeball i looked really good but now it's like ughhh my thighs are so big. well my goal is to get to 155-157lb. thats my goal and i'm gonna do that by drinking 8 glasses of water a day , eating friuts and healthy foods , no sodas, doing 300 crunches a day, and walking
